"Maison Riv" is the brand name under which Bondchain Group LLC operates the Services, and Bondchain Group LLC is the business responsible for your personal information under this Privacy Policy. The Services are powered by Shopify.

Email and Text Message Marketing
With your consent, we send marketing emails about new pieces, restocks, offers and brand updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every marketing email. Our email and text message marketing is operated through Klaviyo, our marketing platform.
If you opt in to text message (SMS) marketing, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from us at the phone number you provide. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and you can reply HELP or contact us using the details below for assistance.

Product Reviews
Our product reviews are collected and displayed through Judge.me. If you submit a review, the content of your review, your rating, and the name you provide may be displayed publicly on our product pages. After a purchase, you may receive an email inviting you to leave a review; you can opt out of review requests at any time.
Relationship with Shopify
The Services are hosted by Shopify, which collects and processes personal information about your access to and use of the Services in order to provide and improve the Services for you. Information you submit to the Services will be transmitted to and shared with Shopify, as well as third parties that may be located in countries other than where you reside, in order to provide and improve the Services for you.
