Every order is delivered white-glove for one flat $199 fee. Our team brings your pieces into the room of your choice, assembles them, and takes the packaging away - whether you ordered a single chair or a whole home.

Cut, joined, upholstered, and finished by hand. When your piece is complete, we send photographs of it from the workshop floor for your approval - it doesn't ship until you've seen it.

What's included
One flat $199 delivery fee per order - never per piece, with no surprise freight quotes at checkout.
We carry every piece into your home, place it in the room of your choice, assemble it, and remove all packaging.
Smaller accessories and lighting may ship via standard parcel carrier, covered by the same flat fee.
One fee, one order
The $199 is per order, not per item - so it pays to furnish the room in one go. Larger orders also earn our Buy More, Save More discount: 10% off orders over $3,500, 15% over $5,000, and 20% over $10,000, applied automatically at checkout.
Lead times
Every piece is made to order and generally ships in 4–8 weeks; the estimate is noted on each product page.
Once your piece reaches the local delivery hub, our team will call to schedule a delivery window that suits you.
Where we deliver
We currently offer white-glove delivery across the contiguous United States. If you're outside the lower 48, contact us before ordering and we'll let you know what's possible.
Before your delivery
Please make sure the piece will fit through doorways, hallways, stairwells, and elevators. If you're unsure, reach out and we'll help you check dimensions in advance.
